Thanks. Looks like it is connecting to 5GHz. There is an AP in the room she uses as her office, so I wouldn't think wi-fi signal would be part of the problem.
I haven't really been following cell tech since the early LTE days so I don't know what to look for on the towers, but if I get a chance, I will get some pictures of my local tower's panels for you.
