I seem to have missed last month's leak of the
Motorola One Vision, so here's another One: the Motorola One Action, leaked late last week by Indian tech site
91mobiles in collaboration with... nobody?
If you haven't figured it out from the name, the Moto One line runs Android One software, promising 3 years of security updates, 2 years of OS updates and prohibiting any bloatware from the handset manufacturer. Somewhat curiously, Moto's Android One devices (due to launch this fall) run on Samsung Exynos processors rather than Snapdragon ones. But considering that they're not intended for North American markets it kind of makes sense.
Still interested? Specs for the Moto One Action are rumoured to be as follows:
6.3 inch 2520 x 1080 LCD display @ 432 ppi
Samsung Exynos 9609 processor
12.6 megapixel rear camera (plus additional sensors)
12.6 megapixel "hole punch" selfie cam
3 or 4 GB RAM / 32, 64 or 128 GB storage + microSD
3500 mAh battery
Android One software (based on 9.0 Pie)
Available colours: blue, gold, white
Price: 18,999 INR, equivalent to $272 USD / $365 CAD
