Wow! I'm sure sorry that happened to you. I'll count myself lucky.

I waited until 5/4/23 to start to order, knowing I'd only have 5/4, 5/5 and 5/6 to get my 6 ordered, if necessary, because my Target Red Card MC statement cutoff date is on the 4th each month, to give myself ~60 days to pay off the $256.50 after ordering. But as I mentioned above, I got lucky, and was able to order all 6 $50 cards on the same day.

I don't know if this matters, like if Target keeps track of total prepaid refill card orders within a certain timeframe, but I only purchase $300 worth of AT&T Prepaid refill cards 1x/year, and those are the only prepaid refill cards I order from Target.

My wife ordered one under her account.

    It went fine.

The second attempt she was shut out.

So, she changed only her email address with Target and was successful.

So, I did the same with my email.

I was able to successfully order another one.

I now have a total of twelve.

Six for me and six for my wife.

I will add them in a few weeks.

The quote said 90 days from when added. The $300 worth of cards I have won't expire if I apply them within 90 days of when I need to use them. So sometime in January of 2024. Or I could start adding them this summer as long as I add the next with 88 - 89 days.
iPhone 12 Pro is my current phone I carry.

That makes sense. I don't plan to add my $300 worth of prepaid cards to my wife's account until a few weeks before her next $300 payment is due, just in case something changes with her use case, or some super-duper new deal comes along that would meet her needs.

Another Week, Another Target Airtime Deal

I received this text on my phone this afternoon:

"Hi, it's AT&T. Your payment due on 07/01/2023 will be $300 for 12 months."

I had been expecting it. In preparation to top off for a year I had bought the $50 Prepaid cards from Target when they had 10% off them. So, it was $45 for a $50 card. I bought twelver, six for me and six for my wife.

I also did something to make it super easy to add the PIN numbers. I texted the PIN numbers to my phone. I also use an app on my computer that allows me to see my phone texts on my computer. You could easily do it with email, create a Microsoft Word document or other ways, too.

Then, I went to https://www.paygonline.com/websc/refill.html, logged in and did a "cut & paste" of six PIN numbers for my line and six for my wife's line.

I hope that you can confirm that, when your plan renews, you keep your existing terms and not the recently changed features. For me, the existing terms (rollover, data in Canada/Mexico, ability to change video quality) seem preferable than the new feature set.

I got a reply from an ATT rep on Reddit that as long as you keep your plan , and dont let it lapse, you will basically keep the existing terms. Of course data points are also reassuring.

For those customers still on the previous or grandfathered version of this plan, once the 12-month period is up, the next 12-month cycle payment will be made and the terms of your existing plan will remain the same. However, if you actively decide to change your plan or switch to a new plan, you will lose the rollover data features and additional data in Mexico and Canada.

Essentially, as long as your current plan is still active and renews as scheduled, you will keep the current features of your plan. However, if you switch plans in the future, you will be signing up for the features of that plan.

Let us know if this helps. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out.

I'll look for but ATT sub is down for the next few days because of the API protest so I can't access it
