    I was thinking about using 20,000 points to buy $300 worth of phones to use for future trade in's or wifi devices. What are my best options for bang for buck? I was thinking the I-phone 11 for $249, plus something in the $49-$69 range. Or should I wait for the reconditioned SE's to come back in stock?

    The Scratch game is stuck on TAT, every day so far.

    After a brief period with a message that didn't mention points, the TAT message on the wheel is back to saying:
    SO CLOSE!

    The crazy part is that during December when the scratcher was hidden, I got points every single day. Granted it was mostly 5 points, but never TAT. Now, in Customer Appreciation Month, I haven't received a point from the scratch game.

    I had an order canceled on Saturday after my CC declined (cap1 approved via app, but it still declined even though posted). I had used a $300 phone redemption coupon also. As of now the CC charge has reversed and have got a order canceled email 30 mins after the order, but the code does not work anymore, if I try it again. Based on others experiences with canceled orders, I assume it won't work again.
    So I called a corporate number, after a quick check the agent got me to the loyalty department. The agent there checked it and told me I must now call in to place the order. I asked him to re-issue the code and he refused, said it cannot be done and I must call.
    Question is, does this sound right? Will my code start working on its own, or do I need a new code? I doubt the phone order will go.well.

    That doesn't match my experience with my two cancelled orders. In one case, the reps put 20K points back into my account with no waiting period. In the other case, the rep issued a new $300 code.

    I’m going through something similar currently, my latest TF order for a refurb i11 was recalled while out on delivery to me. Called Corp. twice now today, getting no real answers they just talk in circles. Asked them to re-issue the code or points, they scheduled a callback from loyalty rewards. I’m speculating that I’ve hit that unknown limit number of phones received in a short time, for me it was 7 iPhones in 60 days.

    I had one recalled order and on that one the code was still valid after the recall (price of phone went up so I just lost some money anyway...) So ymmv on cancelled or recalled TracFone order with points.

    I think I remember reading that one , was it for a A53 Samsung phone right? Sucks that it was recalled! I guess it was just my turn, bummer though because I was gonna use the i11 to trade in on the Google fi s23. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

    My recall seemed to be due to a temporary price mistake (it do go down to that price recently) rather than hitting a phone limit but who knows.
