Ok, thank you. Hopefully its just a UPS delay. I just ordered Tuesday 3-28, so that was quick shipping. But it is at my local UPS office and I know that's where they tend to reverse the shipment.

Thank you! This is my last $300 code and I have navigated this system without too many issues (largely due to your wisdom....so again, I say Thank you!).
I'd hate to have made a bonehead move so late in the game, but it seems I'm over analyzing it.

to update I had 2 phones ordered new from tracfone in January of this year both should have one year apple warranties- one showed no warranty and no purchase info the other showed a warranty ending in november not January
did end up overall spending probaly 2-3 hours on hold overall in 2 calls with apple reps (very good reps). eventually went through 4 departments before finding the ones who handle this a department called agreement administration,

They made a case# out of it and had me upload my original receipt from tracfone, I used the order form we always get with shipping info from tracfone. On that this is the strange part they told me I could write in the imei numbers of the phones in question on the receipt either digitally or by hand
I was told after the first call check it and 24 hours later should be updated.. 3 days later still no warranty, called today they looked at it, they said they had to match the sales record of tracfone to the imei number, something about when the purchase was made from apple to the retailer, anyways they came back and they gave me the January warranty I should have got and fixed it on both phones..
so took a while. agreement administration are the ones you want and just need your order form as receipt or I guess it worked for me, and about 3 hours of time lol...

but as hpham said you get a return to sender notification or something stating its going back mine returns were often about 20 miles from arriving lol so close......but sounds like your shipment is ok at this point

My UPS shipment of two refurb XRs is scheduled for delivery today 3/31. One thing that I'm concerned about is that its status has shown "Prepared for delivery" since 7:54AM but hasn't changed to "Out for delivery". It's going to my brother's address and I asked UPS for emailed update. I'm holding my breath waiting for the email which will say "Delivered" or "Returned to Shipper".

The required time cards bought with my refurb XRs were preloaded as they should be. Didn't have to fight with TF to get them loaded.

I won the Nokia phone from spin the wheel, and it showed up more than 1 month later. I didn’t get any emails or phone calls, so I didn’t know when it was shipped, it just randomly showed up one day. The phone has Android 12, and it runs ok.

I won a phone in November when it was Samsung, but never received it. Tried calling a couple of times, had a ticket opened, followed up on that and was told it would ship, but it did not, and I gave up. It's on the list of the many ways Tracfone has wronged me. . . .
