The required time cards bought with my refurb XRs were preloaded as they should be. Didn't have to fight with TF to get them loaded.

GRATS to you however I am having a hard time with mine, spent 2 hours trying to figure out what happened to them, still don't know for sure.

ups said delivered early afternoon to the us post office to be held, 4 hours later I drive to get them they are not there?? usps said the little post office plus private shop or something like that sometimes gets there package's and then they later take them over to the usps, I am like WHAT! What if they steal my phones! (didn't say that thought it thoughlol)

I went to the little shop and showed my drivers license and tracking they said they didn't have it.. I guess they would have given it to me?

is this the United states post office at work??

anyways usps earlier told me to call ups, ups told me it should be at the usps go back and have the search a thrid time doh!

This time I got someone from the backroom who said they simply may not have processed the package yet and it could be
in the shipment they are working on tonight. He said the ups tracking was right it was probably delivered to them, but it simply wasn't ready yet,
the last mile when they process it then it should go to a usps tracking # or something. anyways hopefully I get it tomorrow, very stressful lol.. I actually never did get a notice from the usps that i had a box so maybe thats what i will have to do,

the post office I used in the past very friendly I just got the ups notice at home and a hour later I walked in they said hey, will get your packages when they saw me, never any processing or delay, very small post office, maybe those are better...

anyways lol adventures in getting packages..

UPDATE: just got the email that it was delivered. I can now breathe again.

yah I am a nervous wreck when waiting on these packages lol !

TracFone sent me a text saying I had earned enough points to use them for a data add on. There are about 1200 points but in my account it says they're still pending.

What happens if I text POINTS like they say in the message? Will I be able to add the data that way? Or would it be safer to do it from my TF account online-- after the points become available of course.

I tried to include a screenshot of the message but it says it exceeds my limit. It's been doing that lately. I guess there's a limit to the number of attachments a person can add to posts.

Also $295 for a 11 towards a $299 Pixel 6a at Google store. If I hadn't already sold two Pixel 6a and now value is much lower I would do again. Now I would only do because I think 6a is a better phone than 11 but I need another phone like a hole in the head.

Can someone please help me ASAP? I need to add a paygo 90 day plan to my aunt's phone utilizing my reward points (her phone is on my account). Did it awhile back and completely forgot the steps.

I've been away from the forums for several months due to a very sick family member. Hopefully, redeeming points for the 90 day paygo is still possible. If it matters, we're android users. Thanks, in advance, for the timely help as her plan expires in 2 days.
