Best wishes to you. I wish I could offer advice, but I have not bought or sold anything with them. Please share your experience with the community on how it works for you.

Does anyone have experience - good or bad - selling to WeCellTrade, Gizmogo, or Swopsmart?
If you have sold phones/devices to any of these 3 companies, please share. Thank you very much!
Mainly, are they legit companies?
All these companies that buy back phones have snazzy websites, and they all say they'll pay, but you never know, so thought I'd ask here before doing anything foolish. (Maybe I'm counting my chicken before they're hatched, but if all goes well and Tracfone's rewards program cooperates, hopefully I'll have rewards points available next month, yay!).
Thank you very much for any insights on the companies!

Just another day in paradise.....
Can you afford to get ripped off?
That should answer your question.
I get the idea all these buy used phones places promise one price before they get your phone then offer a lower price when they have it. And charge $12-$20 for shipping if you want it back.
Visible (by Verizon) receive $20 off the first month. Please use referral code: 36csHv - https://www.visible.com/get/?36csHv
I will be Judged on how I helped the poor, sick & others in need; strangers & loved ones alike.
My plans:
Visible (Verizon) UTTD $25/mo
T-Mobile Gold Rewards $10yr exp 12.25.23
FreedomPop (AT&T) Target $4.99 once 100 TTD a month each 29th
That's exactly what scares me! I totally can't afford to get ripped off!
I had emailed Gizmogo about a month ago. Haven't gotten any reply, which to me is a bad sign. I emailed them again today, let's see if I hear back from them. If I don't get a reply to today's email, I'm for sure scratching that one out.
Thank you. Yes, I'll share my experience here, but that's going to be a lot more days before I can do that - my rewards points will mature only towards the end of next month. And of course with Tracfone, I just have to hope and pray that everything goes like it's supposed to, so that I actually get those points!
Yes, Trademore lowers their prices pretty frequently - I think hpham and ChristInMe had shared in an old thread how Trademore's prices for iPhone's have been dropping by tens of dollars every 2 months or so. (BTW, I think I remember reading here that Verizon owns Trademore? Am I remembering correctly?)
My main trading partner is Trademore. They are very reliable. I've done over 50 deals with them - never a hitch except a few delays in inspecting devices because of staffing issues caused by COVID. They also offer better prices for locked devices compared to other dealers. Unfortunately, Trademore has been lowering their prices this year. For example, this week they are offering $173 for a locked iPhone 11 (64GB, perfect condition) - last week it was $178. For unlocked devices, I've used BuyBackBoss, GadgetGone, or Decluttr depending on who is offering a better price. BuyBackBoss occasionally sends out coupon codes to increase payouts. They are currently offering an extra 15% if you use code "Prime".
Yep. I sold an iPhone 11 to Trademore at the end of Jan 2022 for $288. Had an offer lined up in early April to sell one to them for $249. But Total Wireless disqualified one of my referrals so didn't have enough points to get the phone and had to cancel the deal. Spent 3 x $25 to activate a new line to get new line points in early June, but TW jerked me around again. Had to add another 2 x $25 to hopefully get the points in early August. By then, I'll have spent $125 to get an iPhone 11 and sell it for $173 if the price doesn't drop lower. If TF/TW didn't jerk me around, I would have had a profit of $249 instead of $48.![]()
What carrier do you all select? Do you select Verizon even if the phone is still locked?
