Don't trust Gadgetgone. Last year I sent a brand new Tracfone Moto to Gadgetgone. Got an email from them saying the price is reduced because the phone wasn't brand new. I had sent the phone in its original Tracfone packaging, for crying out loud, so I asked them to shove their low-ball offer and send back my phone to me. A long time later, the cheats sent back just the phone without the packaging. I didn't have time so I didn't pursue it but I should have.

These companies are all liars and cheaters. I have done business with Gizmogo, Gadgetgone, Trademore, Wecelltrade and they have all turned out to be cheats. No wonder they suspect everyone else of being cheats. These resellers are the ones who are duping the public and then they have the cheek to suspect their customers of "fraud".

Seems like you had a lot of bad luck dealing with the resellers. As I mentioned before, I've sold over 25 phones to the resellers (Gizmogo, Trademore, WeCellTrade, ItsWorthMore, BuyBackBoss) and only had one (an unlocked refurb XR) downgraded from $166 to $140 by WCT because it has scratches.

*GadgetGone & BuyBackBoss seem to be related - they have the same address.
To date I've only had 3 issues.
1) WeCellTrade
Early on WCT tried to downgrade a phone from Good to Fair. The phone had a few very small, but certainly noticeable scratches on the back. The phone was flawless otherwise. I asked them to reevaluate it and either pay the Good price or send it back. They took a second look and agreed to pay the Good price. They have only downgraded one other phone I've sold them. Last week WCT lowered their offer on a nearly flawless iPhone 11. It had a couple of very tiny scratches on the screen. I rated it at Flawless expecting them to lower their offer. They reduced the offer by $10 which I thought was fair.
2) GadgetGone
GadgetGone lowered their offer on a Flawless phone by $20, claiming there was a small nick on it (they sent me a picture). I'm confident the nick wasn't there when I shipped the phone. Ironically, other online buyers had just lowered their offer price on that phone by $20. So there was no point in asking them to send the phone back as the value had dropped by $20 anyway. I just sent them another phone and I'm curious to see how that goes.
3) GadgetPickup
I tried this buyer for the first time last week. They downgraded a Flawless iPhone 11 to Good - lowering their offer from $235 to $205 - claiming there were small scratches on the screen. I'm quite skeptical about that. I always examine the phones under a magnifying lamp before I ship them and I didn't notice any scratches. I questioned their evaluation and they took a second look and upped their offer to $215 (which I accepted). They have good reviews on TrustPilot so I decided to give them a second chance. I just sent them another one that I'm sure is 100% flawless.
WCT was my favorite buyer until their recent website issues. They have always evaluated my phones and paid very quickly (usually same day).

My first 3 or 4 deals with WCT went fine.
I sent them a refurbished I11 last week that they received yesterday. Today I got an email that says "The iPhone 11 is in good condition because the audio appears to be a little low. Based on this information, we can offer you $227 for the device." So I wonder if the new scam is "audio is a little low" since they can not find any scratches or external flaws? ALSO, the $227 offer is interesting since that was what they were offering for flawless until a couple weeks ago when they upped it to $257. Additionally, as of today, their website offers $237 ($10 more than their email) for an I11 in "good" condition.
Even tho I will have a hard time getting more than $227 or $237, I'm tempted to tell them to just send it back to help discourage these bait and switch tactics that seem to be so common with these resellers. Their having to pay shipping both ways for no deal should be a discouragement.

My unlocked refurb XR was delivered to WCT today. I'll see what they say about it.
ItsWorthMore received my factory-unlocked Pixel 6a last Friday. Got an email today saying it was as described (Flawless) and payment will be sent later today.

WCT received my unlocked XR this morning. Just got notified from Zelle that I received $166 from WCT. Order status in the account still shows "Processing", but money is in my bank account.

Just received an email from BBB, so about a week from receiving (5/25) to paying (6/1). Not bad. I will be sending them another NIB unlocked iPhone 11.

Still waiting for my box that they usually send me to ship my phone to them. They finally got around to providing me with an order number and it says they sent the box so I’ll give ‘em a few more days,

yah same as fonemonkey I am waiting for the box also, order confirmation says its being shipped, I put in order today for a 2nd box to come today but keep getting a error when placing a order. the very last thing. however it confirms in order status, I emailed them about
the shipping box status havent heard anything, that was midday pacific time.

I may need to do what you do hpham, place a order with wct just slap a sticker on a box and ship it out to them, sounds like they are still operating I guess as you and others (hpham ) just got paid etc..

What sticker? When you set a sell order with WCT, they give you several shipping choices: get a box from them, or download a prepaid label for the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Print out the label you selected and ship the phone with your own box.

Thank you for posting this. It's a little upsetting to see the website is down again! They will receive my iPhone 11 on Monday. Hope they process it as quickly as your experience.
