Without searching thru postings is there a scenario for conversation with trac chat regarding activation of smart phone? Do I put the phone in my account or have chat do it? If the reward points are already in my rewards page need I verify during chat? Anything else I should do, or not do, during chat session ?
I had made the purchase prior to the points dropping. I was notified on my rewards page of 14K points added to my account. So I am assuming that they will be available after activation. I have screenshots of my rewards page as well of my activity page.
I’m guessing here, seems that you purchased maybe 2 phones ( 14.000 pnts ) logged in your account and they were automatically added to your account.
On your account, do you see inactive device with the imei #, if so, just activate before the 60 day runs out.
Your post is confusing.
Safest is to document your pending points with screenshots, then hopefully get Chat to confirm the number before getting them to activate.
Get a transcript of the chat session.
That way you have better recourse if the points disappear.
Just go to your activity, you should see 14.000 points pending, 7000 for each phone.
If its there no need to go to chat.
Activate prior to 60 days.
Great!! Got the first phone activated at 5:40 PM and got my first spam call at 6:07.....but, at least it's working. I'll fire the other one up tomorrow.

If you are successfully using a computer, you can figure out a phone.
It is OK to ask for instructions and avoid having to re-invent the wheel.
I ask for instructions all the time. Things/programming are not always logical or intuitive.
you missed the gist of my comment about the elderly....I was speaking about the abundant help from young and old on this forum.
Closing in on my 76th birthday I certainly consider myself among that group and I'll add, "Glad to be here!"
