I'm using Redpocket with an iPhone on Verizon's network (and wish to stay on VZ). RP's $8.25/mo ($99/yr) plan gives me 1000 min talk and unlimited texts, but I never hit those limits (especially since I'm on an iphone, so will never hit SMS limit), so that's more than sufficient. The plan gives me 1GB data per month, and I don't usually hit that limit, but I manage my phone usage when off wifi to avoid hitting the limit.
I can renew and live with the existing 1GB limit since the plan is so cheap. But wondering if there is a similarly priced plan that gets me more data? I'd be willing to trade down on talk minutes and # of SMS messages.

Do you want hotspot ability ?
US Mobile is a great option. Their Pooled plan (can have just one line) would cost $13.48/mo (includes taxes and fees) for 2 Gb data. Extra Gbs of data are $2 each. If your iPhone is a newer 5G model, you will have priority data. Customer Service is excellent, also.
Turns out this was very simple. I pulled the old sim card out, and when I signed up on the mobilex app, I gave them IMEI2 (I was operating under the assumption that my phone links IMEI to physical sim slot and IMEI2 to esim). As soon as my number was ported, the new esim was recognized by the phone.
